Ancient soldiers who betrayed their lost kingdom and were condemned to undeath, turned into walking skeletons for eternity. They are now bound to follow their undead general and the evil Lich Skulkator, forever.
During the siege of the City-State of Torm, these soldiers were guarding the district of Oldburg. Deceived by the evil warlock Skulkator, they betrayed the Fighter’s Guild and Dragonguard defense plan by opening one of the three great gates to the forces of the Tyrant-God Tialevor, letting the Ashen Inquisitors and their divine leader in.
With the announcement of the newest Iron Kingdoms project from Privateer Press, Iron Kingdoms Requiem for Dungeons and Dragons 5E, I got really excited about the Iron Kingdoms again. I dug out all my old PDFs and remembered about the original Witchfire Trilogy that I never got a chance to run before but was so interested in doing so. I had though of converting it to the proprietary IKRPG system but it would have been alot of work and I didn’t have a group to play it at the time.
So in preparation for the arrival of Iron Kingdoms: Requiem and the Legend of the Witchfire campaign book, I am wanting to put together a group of would be adventurers to plat through the original Witchfire Trilogy using D&D 5E and some homebrew conversion modules. More information about the Iron Kingdoms setting and the homebrew documents in use can be found here.
We are currently looking at streaming the games on the Nerdy Coffee Co. Twitch account and so wouldbe players would need to be comfortable being on video chat. Sessions are currently planned to be from 8pm GMT on Fridays, probably for around 4 hours but could go a little longer on some sessions. We will be using Roll20 for maps and Discord for voice and video.
If you are interested then please get in touch via one of my social channels, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Discord. I currently have one player and am looking for up to 5 more players to round out the group. There are a number of changes to races and classes available in the Iron Kingdoms so don’t hesitate to ask any questions before commiting.

Double your Entries
Each of the above entry methods will get you one virtual ticket for the draw but you can double or even quadruple your entries.
To double your entries you will need to submit via email a set of 10 PDF Character Sheets for D&D 5Ed for the Troubles in Tavern crew at Level 1. You will need to use either the Standard Array or Point Buy methods for generating the heroes characteristics. Email PDFs to [email protected] Characters can be created using https://www.dndbeyond.com/characters/builder#/ or any other method of your choosing.
If you want to quadruple your entries (to a maximum of 12) then all you need to do is level up the party to level 3 and include both sets in the email.
Please also include your screen names for any of the social media platforms that you have entered on so that we can match up your entries for doubling them.
Closing Date for Entries is 18:00 GMT 14/02/2021
Once the closing date has passed all entries will be entered onto a spreadsheet and assigned a number. A random number will then be generated to pick the lucky winner. We will then be in contact with them to send them their prize.

Woohoo, the re-pricing is finished, party time. Well not really, I’ve still got a load of new product to get listed on the website so keep your eyes out for that in the future. For now though, everything on the website that is printed in resin has been re-priced and some of the prices are crazy low. You can get some lovely models for your D&D party for as low as £2.50 each.
There are some new products available today too, the Souless Chalice Fountain and Vampires with Greatswords as well as Tino Kobold Bane and Gnish & Gnosh from the Trouble in Tavern set. Along with an adjusted bundle for all 10 heroes that is cheaper than is was when there were only 7.
Keep an eye out on our social media channels for a giveaway in the next day or two to celebrate finishing this epic task.
As part of the re-pricing that is going on over the whole website I also took the chance to update the catalogue with a bunch of releases I had missed out on getting listed when they originally came out.
New releases included the Monstrous Roc, the Arrodan Syndicate Core Crew and the wonderful Mechanimals.
The whole of the rest of the Skies of Sordane range has been re-priced and some of the reductions were up to 60% cheaper than their original prices.
Today’s price re-pricing includes the Dwarven Defenders, Fighter’s Guild, Epic Bosses and Eye of Tievalor categories. With some of the new prices as low as 55% off the original price.
There are also some new products again from the updated sets. The Fighter’s Guild Balista, which I am dfefinitely printing to go on one of my Airships, and a couple of extra bodies for the Great Weapon Fighters.
When the Elegoo Saturn arrived last year it massively changed my production capabilities and has allowed me to reduce my prices. In some cases by a significant amount – over 50% cheaper in some cases.
With the new year upon us I decided there was no better time to go through the catalogue and reprice everything using the new systems. Today I started thew mammoth job with the first 3 Artisan Guild categories. Abyss Daemons, Amazons and Ashen Alfar. I will be working my way through the rest as fast as possible and for now the 20% off offer that ran when the Saturn originally arrived will remain active for those listing that have not been repriced.
